After the release of Social Graph API, Google released a new set of API users. Specially simplified Static Maps API will be useful to those users for whom the use of Google Maps API is too complicated. With the new API, users can generate a static map, simply by downloading images from the appropriate list of parameters.
The new API is ideal for automated creation of static maps and bears the marks. Similar technology is used by Google to generate the issue in the local search.
